The bit other planners skip

The numbers actually add up.

Most meal plans are a fixed menu with a calorie figure printed underneath. Change one meal and the numbers stop meaning anything.

Meal Plan scales every portion, gram by gram, so each day lands within 3% of your calories and protein. Swap a meal and the rest of the day rebalances around it.

What it does

Built for how people actually eat.

Real weeks have leftovers, busy Tuesdays and half a bag of spinach that needs using. The plan should too.

  • 01

    Swap anything

Don't fancy Thursday's dinner? Tap it. You get three replacements that keep the day on target.

  • 02

    Lock what you love

Lock the meals you want to keep and regenerate the rest of the week around them.

  • 03

    Leftovers, on purpose

Cook a double batch on Sunday and Meal Plan puts the second half into Tuesday's lunch.

  • 04

    Cook from the cupboard

Tell it what's already in the fridge and it plans around that before adding anything to the list.

  • 05

    Allergies are hard rules

Exclusions aren't suggestions. Mark peanuts once and they never appear, including as an ingredient in a sauce.

  • 06

    Your time limits

Five-minute breakfasts, 20-minute dinners, a slow cook at the weekend. Set it per meal.

  • 07

    Print it, pin it

A clean A4 week and shopping list, made for the fridge door rather than a phone screen.

  • 08

    Plan for the whole house

Up to six people with different diets and targets, cooked from one shared list.

Shopping list

One list. Sorted by aisle. Nothing bought twice.

Merged
Half an onion on Monday and one on Thursday becomes 1½ onions. Not two line items.
Sorted
Grouped by aisle, in the order you walk round a shop.
Sized
Rounded to what shops actually sell, like a 400 g tin or a bunch of spring onions.
Shared
Send it to whoever is doing the shop. Ticks sync both ways.

All questions →
How does Meal Plan build a plan?

You give it a calorie target (or your height, weight, age and activity so it can work one out), a diet, and anything you won't eat. Meal Plan picks recipes and scales the portions so each day lands within 3% of your calories and macros. It's a solver working through recipes we've written and checked, not a chatbot making things up.

Can I try it before I pay?

There's no free trial. Instead, every licence comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Build plans, cook from them, and if it isn't right for you, message us through the contact page for a full refund.

Is it really a one-off payment?

Yes. You pay once and keep your tier for as long as Meal Plan exists, including every update to the features in that tier. There's no subscription and nothing renews.

What if I don't like a meal?

Swap it. Meal Plan suggests replacements that fit the same slot and keep the day on target. Mark an ingredient as disliked and it won't come up again.

How long do the recipes take?

You set a time limit for each meal. Most weekday dinners are under 30 minutes, and you can cap breakfasts at 5 if mornings are a rush.

Where does the nutrition data come from?

Every ingredient is matched to official food composition databases, and every recipe is calculated per gram, not estimated. The numbers you see are the numbers you eat, give or take how heavy-handed you are with the olive oil.

Sunday, 10 minutes

Know what’s for dinner on Thursday.
