Health disclaimer
Last updated 5 October 2026
Meal Plan is a planning tool. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Not medical advice
Meal plans, calorie estimates and nutrition figures are for general information. They are calculated from your inputs and standard food data, not from an assessment of your health.
Talk to a professional first if you
- have a medical condition such as diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease or high blood pressure
- take medication that interacts with food, such as insulin or blood thinners
- are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive
- have, or have had, an eating disorder
- are under 18
- plan to follow a very low-calorie or ketogenic diet for a long time
Allergies
Allergen filters exclude ingredients from recipes, but they can’t control what goes into the products you buy. Always read labels and watch for cross-contamination warnings.
Results vary
We don’t promise any particular weight change or health outcome. How your body responds depends on many things a meal plan can’t control.
Dietitian reviews
On the Elite tier, a registered dietitian reviews your plan settings and gives written feedback. This is a review of your meal plan, not a clinical consultation, and it doesn’t create a patient relationship.
If you feel unwell after changing your diet, stop and get medical advice.
