About
We got tired of deciding what to eat.
Planning a week of food that fits a calorie target, suits your diet and doesn’t waste half a bag of spinach is a maths problem. So we wrote software to solve it.
The short version
Most meal-plan sites sell you a PDF. The calories are printed at the bottom, the shopping list is for one person, and if you don’t like Wednesday’s dinner you’re on your own.
Meal Plan works the other way round. You tell it your targets and what you eat, and it builds the week from a library of recipes we’ve written and checked, scaling portions until every day adds up. Change a meal and it rebalances. Then it writes the shopping list, merged and sorted the way a shop is laid out.
There’s no AI writing recipes on the fly. Every recipe has been cooked and every number checked. The software’s job is choosing and portioning, and it’s good at that.

Numbers you can trust
Every recipe is calculated per gram from food composition data. If the plan says 140 g of protein, it's 140 g.
- 02
Your money back if it's wrong
Every licence comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the product is good, we don't need to make refunds hard.
- 03
Pay once
No subscription to forget about and no renewal email in January. You buy a tier and it's yours.

Food, not a programme
No points, streaks or before-and-after photos. We plan the food. What you do with it is up to you.
